I coordinated the team calendar for in-house meetings, client events, and lunches, and managed the main office phone line. Additionally, I facilitated communication between clients and the Social Media Coordinator, maintained detailed notes from client meetings, and spearheaded all aspects of client business development. Representing Riser Media Group, I attended Chamber events and meetings, aiding in task delegation among team members and assisting in client onboarding and offboarding processes. Furthermore, I managed various administrative tasks for multiple clients, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

I provided support in graphic design for client campaigns and regularly facilitated client report meetings on a monthly basis. In a dual capacity, I assisted with both administrative tasks and creative endeavors, reporting directly to the Social Media Coordinator and business owner. Additionally, I contributed to copywriting and scheduling social media content, while also playing a role in managing client events and supporting print-graphic design efforts. Throughout, I efficiently managed administrative responsibilities alongside these creative and client-facing duties.

I efficiently managed communication and tasks for an average of 15 clients, overseeing a wide array of responsibilities. This included creating graphic designs and writing copy for social media campaigns, maintaining and organizing social media calendars across three platforms per client, managing digital advertisements, and designing print materials. I also took charge of website management, including occasional redesigns and new creations, while ensuring seamless day-to-day client communication and organizing monthly meetings for reports and analytics. Additionally, I directed video and photo shoots for clients, wrote scripts for shoots, and conducted analytic tracking and reporting. I coded websites to include necessary code for conversion tracking and collaborated across various industries such as law firms, medical practices, coworking spaces, moving and cleaning companies, HVAC services, and universities throughout the United States. Moreover, I handled podcast and video production and editing, as well as photography and photo editing for clients, and managed all aspects of email campaigns.
